Artists, have you ever considered offering samples of your work? Buyers, do you ever wish you can order a sample before you place that big order?
New to our February Virtual Expo will be the option for buyers to request samples before the Virtual Expo starts. That’s right, click the “request sample” tab by the artist you are interested in. Then when the expo starts you can order with confidence.
Do samples help increase sales?
Winston Churchill once said that “we make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.” While that ethic certainly is vital for most healthy relationships that lead to a fulfilling life, giving can also play an essential part in the financial success of a business. In every industry, the end goal is to increase sales.
Developing a brand or item is half the fight, getting your products in the hands of customers is the biggest challenge. Offering product sampling is often the difference-maker that can allow brands to convert customers into loyal followers.
Artists think about offering samples for the February Virtual Expo and buyers look for our list of participating artists coming soon to the website. Next to each artist is a tab: “request sample”. Your request will go directly to the artist you are interested in.
While increasing sales is obviously the goal of any business, offering product samples is a scientifically-sound marketing strategy. “You must give to receive” is one of the tenets of most major spiritual paths, and is also an important piece of business wisdom.
