Virtual Expo 2021 | NEW Features
As this year of historic changes and challenges comes to an end, we continue to focus on leading and growing the handcrafted industry. Right now we are working hard on our THIRD Virtual Expo, February 10-16, 2021.
We created the Virtual Expo as an alternative to all the traditional trade shows being canceled. Included in the week-long event are specials, incentives, and buyer giveaways. Buyers and artists appreciated the opportunity and now it is a part of our long term marketing plan.
Since our first expo in June, we have added some great features for 2021.
Introducing a NEW Contact and Connect form. We created this feature so buyers can connect with artists by filling out a short form. The form is designed to give buyers a place to request more information from an artist and in turn, the artist learns who is interested in their work.
We added an image carousel to the participating artist page on the Virtual Expo website. Now the artist has three images of three different products besides their store name. More exposure for the artist and more information for the buyer.
Samples! Buyers have the option to request ahead of time samples from participating artists. Samples help buyers make ordering decisions and be more prepared to place an order.
Personal Shopping Assistant. NEW to the buyer's home page is a Personal Shopping Assistant form. Fill it out and IndieMe will help you find the type of items you are looking for to fill your store. We understand retailers are busy working in their stores and don’t always have time to research and find new items. We are here to help with that.
