Our 4th Virtual Expo is around the corner!

We are planning and preparing for our September 8-14, 2021 Virtual Expo. Our artists are ready to offer you amazing handcrafted items along with great specials and incentives.

IndieMe will have daily buyer giveaways that will blow your socks off. Amazing items donated by our artists along with shopping credits from IndieMe to use on our site.

We created our Virtual Expo in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. We saw our world begin to close down and immediately started figuring out what we could do to keep our artists and retailers afloat. We came up with the Virtual Expo as a way for our artists and buyers to stay connected while still receiving orders. Many were skeptical because they had never heard of a trade show online. We had to explain it over and over, not even knowing ourselves if this was the right direction to go, but we believed in our idea and moved forward. We built a platform specifically for the expo, we marketed the buyers and we coached our artists. The day arrived…

Our first Virtual Expo was held June 3-9, 2020. It ended up being a very successful week because many buyers in different parts of the country were starting to open up their stores. They needed inventory and IndieMe provided the platform. We were pleasantly surprised with the orders placed and made the decision to start planning for the next expo.

Since our inaugural event, we have produced an expo in September 2020 and February 2021. Each expo grew and became more successful. We broke company records during our February 2021 Virtual Expo and now buyers tell us they add our expo to their trade show calendar.
